GENERAL INFORMATION
Due to the custom nature of our product, pet portraits have a fulfillment time of between 5-10 business days, or 2-3 business days with priority fulfillment.
Your custom portrait will be shipped flat in a reinforced cardboard mailer to ensure safe delivery.
Portraits are packaged with recyclable materials. Do your part for the planet and recycle all packaging after your portrait arrives!
Portraits are shipped from North Vancouver, BC. Any duties incurred on shipments are not the responsibility of Good Boy Prints.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
If any damage happens to your package during shipping, please send a photo of the damage of the package and artwork within 5 business days of receiving your package. A new print will be sent to you once photos are received!
